He came, he saw, he had the meatloaf.

Frankie Valli, in the area for a show Thursday at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, caught Wednesday night's performance of "Jersey Boys," the musical based on Valli and his Four Seasons band mates, at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.

Valli watched the production, hung out backstage and had dinner at the center's Maestro's Restaurant, according to a spokesman. Maestro's executive chef Rusty Evers had christened the menu "Frankie's Diner" in honor of "Jersey Boys."

Valli ordered the "blue plate special," meatloaf and mashed potatoes, and enjoyed it so much that he was having the same meal delivered to him at Ruth Eckerd Hall on Thursday night.

"The Open Road" is the story of a young man trying to reconnect with his father - a legendary athlete played by Jeff Bridges - as he struggles to get home to his ailing mother. Mary Steenburgen and Kate Mara are also in the film.

Sharif Owes Parking Attendant $318,000

A parking lot attendant who claimed he was punched by Omar Sharif has won a knockout decision in court.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joe W. Hilberman entered a default judgment Tuesday for more than $318,000 in damages in favor of Juan Luis Ochoa Anderson when the 75-year-old actor failed to show up for a deposition, according to court documents.

Sharif pleaded no contest last year to misdemeanor battery and was ordered to take an anger management course for the incident outside a Beverly Hills steakhouse in 2005.

According to the lawsuit, the Egyptian-born actor known for roles in "Dr. Zhivago" and "Lawrence of Arabia" was belligerent and intoxicated and called Anderson, a Guatemalan immigrant, a "stupid Mexican" when he refused to accept a 20 euro note.

Anderson alleged Sharif then punched him.
