2 Clearwater Pedestrians Hit

Two people were hit by a car while crossing Pinellas Street and Fort Harrison Avenue in Clearwater this morning, said Clearwater public safety spokeswoman Elizabeth Daly-Watts.

They were taken to Morton Plant Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police closed the intersection temporarily.

No further details were available.
