Area YMCA Makes Rabon Vice President-Chief Development Officer

TAMPA - The Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA has named Kathy Rabon as its new vice president-chief development officer.

Rabon has developed and executed successful capital campaigns, planned giving programs and special events.

Most recently, Rabon served as the deputy director-director of development of the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg.

In this role she was responsible for planning and implementing a $32 million capital campaign. Prior to her work at the Dali, Rabon was the executive director of the Performing Arts Center Foundation at Ruth Eckerd Hall.
