2 Lottery Raffle Tickets Sold Locally Prove Lucky

TAMPA - Two people who purchased Florida Lottery Holiday Millionaire Raffle tickets in the Tampa Bay area on Saturday have claimed $1 million each in winnings.

Neither winner is from the Tampa Bay area. One lives in Boca Raton; the other lives in Fort Myers.

Two other tickets drawn in the same lottery raffle came from the area, but those winnings have not been claimed, Florida Lottery spokesman Alfred Dea said this afternoon.
