TAMPA – Smiles lit the faces of sick children at Tampa General Hospital today.

Four clowns from the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus brought their antics to the pediatric patients about 10 a.m.

John, Bubu, John Ketchup and Henry showed off their juggling and otherwise entertained the children for an hour, making them laugh with delight.

The circus opened at the St. Pete Times Forum in downtown Tampa on Wednesday.
