NEW PORT RICHEY - Police are looking for two people they say took part in a Saturday night home invasion that left a disabled man injured.
The incident happened about 9:20 p.m. at a home on Ian Court.
Police say the attackers may have visited their victim, a 47-year-old man who uses a wheelchair, socially on Friday night.
"We're hoping he can identify them," said New Port Richey police Sgt. Billy Barris.
Detectives are looking for two males in their late teens who left in a silver coupe. At least one was armed with a knife, Barris said.
The victim told police one of the teens held the knife to his throat while the other rifled through his pockets, taking cash and his prescription medicine.
The man was treated at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital and released, said hospital spokeswoman Amy Morrow.
