Man Accused Of Burning Women In Lake Wales Indicted

BARTOW - Leon Davis Jr., who is accused of killing two women and an unborn baby he set on fire, was indicted Tuesday in the Lake Wales arson, police said.
Authorities say Davis, 30, went on a murderous spree last month, setting the two women on fire at an insurance office in Lake Wales on Dec. 13. One of the women was nearly six months pregnant.
Davis also is charged in the slayings of two Indian immigrants during an attempted robbery at a gas station in Lake Alfred on Dec. 7.
