Pasco Deputies Hunt For Missing Woman

PORT RICHEY The Pasco County Sheriff's Office is looking for an endangered 38-year-old woman who walked away from Regency Palms Apartments this afternoon.

Relatives said Theresa Bitrano has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old. She was last seen wearing all black clothing, including a long-sleeve shirt. She is 5 foot 7 and 200 pounds with long, straight black hair.

Bitrano apparently walked away from her apartment on Alnwick Circle at 1:30 p.m., the sheriff's office said. Investigators were searching by air and using a reverse 911 system to try and find her.
