WHEN: Noon to 7:30 p.m. Saturday
•Pre-Schoolers' Stroll, 2 to 3:30 p.m.
•Air Invasion, viewing from Bayshore, 3:30 and 6:30 p.m.
•Children's Parade, 4 to 6:30 p.m.
•"Piratechnic" Extravaganza, 7 to 7:30 p.m.
WHERE: From Bayshore and Bay to Bay boulevards to Watrous and Orleans avenues
COST: Free; reserved seating along parade route is $13.
104TH GASPARILLA
INVASION: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 26, ending at the Tampa Convention Center
PARADE OF PIRATES: 2 to 5 p.m., beginning at Bay to Bay and Bayshore boulevards and ending at Jackson and Marion streets
PIRATE FEST: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., on Florida Avenue from Kennedy Boulevard to Channelside Drive
