NEW PORT RICHEY - Pasco-Hernando Community College opens this year's show season with a sold-out performance by Gaelic Storm on Jan. 26.
Tickets are still available for "Legends of Vaudeville" at 2 p.m. Feb. 2 at the West Campus' Performing Arts Center, 10230 Ridge Road.
Jeff Gardner and Jerold Goldstein will present songs, impressions and routines from the "Golden Age of Comedy." They'll bring Jimmy Durante and Al Jolson back to life with signature tunes like "Inka Dinka Doo," "My Mammy," "Sonny Boy" and "Toot Toot Tootsie."
Also featured are the zany gags and antics of The Marx Brothers, including Goldstein "shooting the keys" at a piano just like Chico did on the silver screen and Gardner singing the Groucho Marx classic "Lydia the Tattooed Lady."
Both men have appeared on Broadway - Goldstein in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying" and "Ain't Broadway Grand" and Gardner in "Jerome Robbins' Broadway" cast and the touring troupe of "Les Miserables."
Tickets at $30, $27 and $23 are available at www.phcc.edu/tix, by phone at (727) 816-3707, at PHCC's West Campus bookstore from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, or at the Performing Arts Center box office up to one hour before show time.
