Police Search For Suspects In Plant City Shooting

PLANT CITY - PLANT CITY - Police are searching for suspects in connection with a shooting at East Alsobrook and South Empire streets.
The victim, Christopher Davis of Plant City, suffered a wound to his right thigh, police said. He was taken by a family member to South Florida Baptist Hospital where he was treated and released, police said.
Witnesses told police that shortly after the shooting occurred about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, a large blue car and a silver Nissan, both with dark tinted windows, were seen leaving the area.
The motive for the shooting is unknown, police said.
