Some Frostproof residents are home again this morning after a voluntary evacuation spurred by a natural gas leak.
Polk County deputies went door to door about 4:30 a.m. asking residents to leave Lakeview Mobile Home Park, on Lantana Boulevard, said Carrie Rodgers, a sheriff's spokeswoman.
Residents went to God's Family Assembly Church during the evacuation.
The leak was fixed about two hours later, and people were cleared to go home.
"There is no longer a dangerous level of natural gas in the air," Rodgers said.
