Phone Calls Won't Win Vote

In the last four days, I have been called three times by Rudy Giuliani, twice by Mitt Romney and once each by three of the other candidates. I have been called by candidates endorsing other candidates. What's next? Will they dig up dead relatives and old girlfriends to entice me to vote for them?

What makes them think that calling me with a prerecorded commercial stating they are the greatest thing since George Washington is the way to get my vote? Being the type of person who changes the channel when a commercial break occurs on my television, what makes them think I want to be interrupted to hear commercials regarding promises that they are not bound to keep?

As a matter of fact, since it is my opinion that all politicians are pretty much cut out of the same cloth, I am keeping a list near my telephone and whoever does not call me will get my vote.
