Woman Punched Horse, Say Police

TAMPA - A 26-year-old Tampa woman was arrested this morning, accused of punching a police horse outside an Ybor City nightclub.

The incident started at about 3 a.m., according to an arrest affidavit. That's when three police officers riding horses were trying to clear a crowd from around officers arresting people who had been outside Club Prana, 1619 E. Seventh Ave.
Angelica Rene Ayala grabbed the reins of a horse called "Buddy" and punched the horse on the neck, the report states.
Ayala was charged with an offense against a police animal, a first-degree misdemeanor, jail records state.
There were two other reports of offenses against police animals that happened Saturday night around Bayshore Boulevard and South Orleans Avenue, according to jail records.
Rick Keller, 46, and Sendhil Kumar Krishnan, 28, both of Tampa, were charged with offenses against police animals.
Ayala, Keller and Krishnan were released today after each posted $500 bail.

I love how people freak out about touching an animal that has no soul but yet we kill unborn babies, 4,000 mind you, every single day. Then we make excuses for killing them. Like rape. Although less than 1% of abortions are from rape. And how many of us would say our life was insignificant if our father had raped our mothers. This world is got thing all messed up! Although punching the horse is flat out idiotic!

While I can't say I would consider hitting a horse justified....I do feel the need to point out the reason she probably lashed out on it.
I have on several occasions seen officers use their horses to push people....sometimes knocking them down. It is possible that is why this ugly woman acted out. Either that or she thought it was a mirror and was trying to break it.

The crazy thing is that i seen the hole thing the poor girl didnt even hit the horse she pushed the horse's foot and then they put her into hand cuffs.It's real funny how people can talk about Angelica but don't know the hole story because unfortunely sometimes the cops are not always very honest. jnabna, my thoughts exactly. Most of the people on this blog are here to attack other people, not to comment on the news item. They do it because they are cowards. They would never say the things they post on here to someone's face because they are COWARDS hiding behind their keyboards like little scared lambs. It makes them feel like they have some power which they don't to attack other people. I just ignore them for the most part and consider the source. Police animals wear badges. They are considered part of law enforcement. If you don't want to respect the animal, you must respect the badge and what it stands for. Even if she only pushed the animals leg, it would be the same as pushing the officers leg , which could be considered assault.

Angelica Rene Ayala obviously punched the horse because after she got drunk she thought the horse was the same one that accidentaly kicked her in the head 15 years earlier at summer camp, causing her to go through life with the horribly disfigured face she now has as seen in the arrest photo...
