TAMPA - A 48-year-old man is accused of knocking out another man's teeth and possibly breaking his hand at a local McDonald's, an affidavit states.
Lyndon Stuart Patterson of Plant City was held at Orient Road Jail this morning on $7,500 bail. He is charged with felony aggravated battery.
According to an affidavit, Patterson attacked another man at a McDonald's restaurant at 920 E. Fowler Ave. about 12:12 a.m. today.
Patterson punched the other man in the mouth, knocking out two teeth, the affidavit states. When the other man fell to the ground, Patterson stomped on the man's right hand with a work boot, possibly breaking bones, the affidavit states.
The affidavit does not list a reason for the attack.
