Naked Man Causes Traffic Wreck

Palmetto- Oh, the trouble one naked man in public can cause.
Havoc resulted in Palmetto Monday afternoon when a man stripped off his clothes in front of a woman using a public restroom in a downtown store, and when a manager confronted him, the man strolled naked into the street and caused a traffic accident.
Antonio Casique-Gasca, 26, of Palmetto was arrested by police for disorderly conduct and cited for walking into southbound traffic on 8th Avenue West around 12:30 p.m. Monday, according to a police report.
The woman who first saw Casique-Gasca disrobe left the store immediately, so she could not be interviewed, police said. The store manager and two people involved in the car wreck, who were not seriously injured, told police details about Casique-Gasca's actions.

A police report indicates that drugs and alcohol were not factors in Casique-Gasca's actions.
