Five Bay area servers will compete next week in Hooters' 12th annual international swimsuit pageant in Fort Lauderdale.
Adrianne French of Tampa; Marie Butler of St. Petersburg; Lynn McCoy and Niki Longtin of Lakeland; and Carra O'Sullivan of Sarasota will compete at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Hooters spokeswoman Alexis Aleshire said.
Last year, Natalie Pandorf, a former King High School swim team captain, placed second in the contest. She's not among the more-than-130 contestants this year. Former Plant City resident Linsey Toole, who has competed three times, including once when she finished in the top 10, is also not a contestant this year.
Other Florida contestants are: Amber Workman, Orange Park; Brittany Godwin, Ocala; Brittany Noel, Tallahassee; Desiree Niemann, Pensacola; Heather Letters, Hollywood; Jenn Mulligan, Daytona Beach; Jenna Lee Stanfield, Pensacola; Jessica Moody, Waterford Lakes; Miranda Hickel, Naples; Nicky Fleites, Tallahassee; Paige Nixon, Pensacola Beach; Randi Jackson, Jacksonville; Sara Krejnik, Orlando; Stephanie Belknap, Orlando; Tiffany DelGreco, Gainesville; and Manessa Ferbeyre, Miami.
The contest is airing live at all 440 Hooters locations.
