A Largo man is being held at the Pinellas County Jail today after deputies said he rammed two patrol cars and struck two mobile homes.

Antrez D. Walker, 24, is charged with felony aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, fleeing and eluding, driving with a suspended or revoked license and other charges. Jail records show his bail set at $106,500.

No one was injured in the incident, which began about 2:05 a.m. today with a traffic stop because of the driver's erratic maneuvering, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said.

Here's what happened, according to the sheriff's office:

Deputies tried to pull over the Ford sport-utility vehicle Walker was driving near 118th Avenue and 66th Street. The driver briefly stopped for a deputy but drove off.

Moments later, another deputy tried to stop the Ford at Starkey Road and Somerset Drive, but the driver did not stop. The driver nearly rammed another deputy's patrol car on Wild Acres Road, just south of 125th Circle North.

The driver ended up heading westbound on Eastbay Road, where two deputies around the 1900 block who had exited their patrol cars saw the Ford coming straight at them.

The deputies got back into their vehicles as the Ford struck the cars, leaving one patrol car disabled. Deputies stopped pursing the Ford as a sheriff's helicopter noticed the Ford crashing into two mobile homes inside the Colonial Mobile Home Park, 2000 Eastbay Drive. The Ford damaged the overhang on one mobile home and struck the side of another.

Four passengers were riding in the Ford and dropped to the ground after the crash at the mobile home park, deputies said. The sheriff's office did not identify them.

They arrested Walker about 2:25 a.m. after a brief foot chase through the mobile home park.
