School Board Hopeful Holds Golf Scramble

WESLEY CHAPEL - WESLEY CHAPEL - A fundraiser golf tournament is planned for Peter Hanzel, candidate for Pasco County School Board.

This four-person scramble will be at 1 p.m. July 18 at Lexington Oaks Golf Club. The fee of $75 per person includes 18 holes, a golf cart, range balls, food and awards. The largest prize for a hole in one is a 2008 Civic from Honda of Wesley Chapel.

There will be prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin (male and female) and a putting contest.

Prizes include golf certificates from Saddlebrook, Hunter's Green and Lexington Oaks, certificates from local gyms, restaurants, an aviation school and more, which will be included in a drawing or silent auction.
