Deputies arrested a couple Thursday they say wore motorcycle helmets and carried handguns when they robbed a Tampa pharmacy of OxyContin in May.
Brett Rossi, 24, of 916 Sunset Lane, and Jessica Gravette, 21, of 17843 Jamestown Way, both of Lutz, were arrested at the Hillsborough County Courthouse when they arrived there for an unrelated case.
Authorities say that on May 19 the pair walked into Northdale Pharmacy, at 3851 Northdale Blvd., armed with handguns and wearing motorcycle helmets. They confronted store employees, demanded OxyContin and forced customers to the floor.
Hillsborough County deputies say they found several prescription medications and cocaine at Rossi's home.
Charges against Rossi and Gravette include robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a controlled substance.
They are being held at Orient Road Jail. Bail for each was set at $300,500.
