Perez Joins RE/MAX Realty Plus II

Alfredo Perez is pleased to announce his association with RE/MAX Realty Plus II in Lake Placid. A Realtor since 2005, Alfredo was top agent in sales and listings in 2006 and was awarded the prestigious Rookie of the Year award by fellow Realtors. Born in Puerto Rico, Perez attended one year at University of Puerto Rico and then enlisted in the Army in 1985. While serving time in the military, he attended many different tactical and technical schools to further his education. He received his bachelor's degree in management in 2002 and retired from the service as a Command Sergeant Major in 2005 with 20 years of service. Perez served time in Iraq, Kosovo and Albania and was also awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Combat Infantry Badge and Drill Sergeant of the Year.

Top Producers For C.S. Edwards Realty Inc.

Carol S. Edwards, broker of C.S. Edwards Realty Inc., has announced the top producers for the first half of 2008. John and Dale Stewart of the Stewart Team were recognized as top agents for both listing and sales production at the Sebring office.
