TASTY FREEBIES: Williams-Sonoma at Westfield Citrus Park mall will host a free demonstration and tasting of Mediterranean fare made by guest chef Louis Pappas Jr. at noon Saturday.

The gourmet cooks' tools and foods store also will conduct a free paella class from noon to 1 p.m. Sunday at the mall store. At 2 p.m., a free demonstration and tasting of ceviche will be given by celebrity chef Jayms, the executive chef at Tina Tapas at Channelside Bay Plaza.
