CLEARWATER - Apparently unhappy with the ruling, Linda Bollea's attorneys asked a circuit judge to reconsider his decision last week to not send her estranged husband to jail for failing to close on a $4.2 million condominium deal.
Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge George Greer has refused to reconsider, according to a copy of his decision released this morning. His ruling stands.
In a one-two punch Friday, Greer decided against ordering Bollea's estranged husband, Hulk Hogan, to jail for failing to close on the deal and also refused to allow Hogan to extricate himself from the real estate deal.
There were too many unresolved issues, Greer said, for him to order anyone to do anything in regards to the 2005 deal.
