Aaron Murray began the day working out with some pros and finished with a trip to a local mall.

[Cincinnati receiver] T.J. Houshmandzadeh and [Cincinnati quarterback] Carson Palmer were at the workouts and watched us and worked out with us. I had met T.J. at the Nike tournament last week. He hung out with our team and worked with our receivers and defensive backs. He came up to me and asked how we finished in the tournament. He's a really, really, really nice guy and so is Carson for helping us out. It was really nice for those guys to take the time to work with us. I was more rejuvenated yesterday because of the full afternoon off the day before. I felt better at practice.

Chalk talk was great. We got into film a little more and we got up on the boards and wrote what we would do against different defenses. Then we watched film of different coverages. I think I was the only one to take a nap in the afternoon. Everyone else played video games, but I took a two-hour nap.

The Spectrum was great. We went to Dave and Busters and spent about two hours playing games. Then we walked around and hung out with the guys.
