TAMPA - The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing 17-year-old Seminole girl.
Foul play isn't suspected, but Kaci Kae Smith, a ward of the state who lives at 8825 Magnolia Drive, requires daily medication and doesn't have any with her, deputies say. Without the medication, she could experience life-threatening medical issues.
"For this reason Kaci is considered missing and endangered, and her photograph and description has been broadcast to law enforcement agencies in the Tampa Bay area as well as posted on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Web site at www.missingkids.com
Smith is white, 5-foot-6 and weighs about 125 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown, shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen about 5:50 p.m. July 16 at Dixie Hollins High School, 4940 62nd St. N. in St. Petersburg. She was reported missing about 9 p.m. that day.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts can call Detective Anthony Stevens at (727) 582-6200.
