TAMPA James Kenneth McElroy, who deputies say stabbed his father to death and seriously wounded his mother and sister, will be held in jail without bail, a judge said today.
McElroy was arrested Wednesday night.
The stabbing happened about 4:16 a.m. Wednesday at 11309 Hollyglen Drive. The sheriff's office issued warrants for first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder for McElroy.
McElroy's mother and sister were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital, where they are in critical condition, sheriff's spokesman J.D. Callaway said.
