Man Shoots Neighbor In Hand, Police Say

TAMPA - Lazaro Nilo Oquendo shot his neighbor in the right hand late Friday and was arrested this morning, Tampa police say.
He was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. An arrest affidavit didn't list further details about the incident.
Oquendo, of 4900 N. MacDill Ave., was arrested 2:37 a.m. today.
He remains in Orient Road Jail. His bail is set at $7,500.
