There are lessons from childhood which have major value to this day.
It has been quite a number of years since I took biology classes; however, I distinctly remember learning that plants - grasses, bushes, trees - clean the air and water. That's something which is of great benefit to the well being of our bodies. The more we create emissions, the more plants we need to help clean the air and water.
Based on those childhood lessons, we most definitely need to continue creating green spaces via the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program - ELAPP.
