Flags will fly at half-staff Sunday in honor of Marcus Mathes, the Army sergeant from Zephyrhills killed in Baghdad in April.
Gov. Charlie Crist this week ordered that state and national flags be flown at half-staff at Pasco County courthouses, Zephyrhills City Hall and the state Capitol in Tallahassee.
Mathes, 26, a Zephyrhills High School graduate, was killed in a mortar attack April 28.
He served in Afghanistan before being deployed to Iraq in November.
