TIM BECKHAM

SHORTSTOP, GRIFFIN (GA.) HIGH

Age: 18 Height/Weight: 6-0/185 Bats/Throws: R/R

Harrison says: "A really good player at a premium position. Middle-of-the-field player, very good athlete, an advanced bat, had a real good awareness on the field. He plays the game with a great deal of enthusiasm, and then when you spend time with him away from the field, he's the same guy. He's a fun guy to be around."

BUSTER POSEY

CATCHER, FLORIDA STATE

Age: 21 Height/Weight: 6-2/200 Bats/Throws: R/R

Harrison says: "I go back to reports from when he was a high school player, and one thing that sticks out is, 'Good baseball player,' and he's just stepped it up, he's continued to get better. You like to see that with these guys. You like to see guys that, each year, get better. He's a conversion player - he's only been catching for a full year moving there from shortstop, and the way he's taken to it is really exceptional. And he's swung the bat this year probably better than anybody would have given him credit for."
