TAMPA - A 12-year-old Miami boy last seen Thursday night has been found safe in Tampa, investigators say.
An Amber Alert had been issued for Torrey Hobbs Jr., who was last seen in the 19000 block of N.W. 57th Ave in Miami.
The alert was canceled about 10 p.m.
Miami-Dade officers were led to the area by tips from citizens, a Florida Department of Law Enforcement release states. The FDLE and Tampa police officers also helped locate the boy.
About 8:49 p.m., investigators arrested Rex Honors on a kidnapping warrant, according to the release. Two other people also were detained.
The boy was found unharmed at 8528 Lazy River Drive in Tampa.
