Sarasota police have charged an ice cream man with molesting a 12-year-old girl inside his truck.

Galen L. Yoder, 38, faces three counts of lewd and lascivious acts on the same victim, police say. The 12-year-old girl told authorities that Yoder, a family friend, drover her in his ice cream truck to a secluded area in April and had her sit on one of the freezers, where he took off her clothes and molested her, according to a criminal complaint.

Police are investigating whether there might be more victims and are asking anyone with information to call the Sarasota Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at (941) 954-7070.
