Britain's Queen Elizabeth II doesn't seem to approve as she watches the antics of Tommy Mattinson, the world gurning champion, during a visit to Whitehaven, England, on Thurs., June 5.
Gurning is the art of making grotesque faces while sticking the head through a horse's collar, with the winner being the person receiving the largest amount of applause from the audience. The world champion is selected annually during the Egremont crab apple fair, in an event said to date back to 1267.
But we're more amused by the reaction of the queen; that expression is reminiscent of the look some of us have gotten if we've misbehaved in church, or didn't clean our rooms.
What do you think the queen is thinking? Submit your witty caption — and keep it clean.
