Pinellas Park Car Wreck Victims Identified

One man was killed and his cousin seriously injured in a single car accident on Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park early this morning.
Michael Lloyd Booth, 36, was killed and Stefan Andrew Booth, 21, is being treated for what the Pinellas Park Police Department described as life threatening injuries. Both men are from Pinellas Park.
The accident occurred about 3:30 a.m. when the car driven by Stefan Booth lost control while heading east on Park Boulevard. The car rolled and hit a concrete pole on the south side of the road at 52nd Street North, police said. The roof of the car struck the pole.
Michael Booth died at the scene and firefighters had to extricate Stefan Booth, who was taken to Bayfront Medical Center.
Investigators have closed the eastbound lanes of Park Boulevard but expect to open the road about 10 a.m.
