GLADEVILLE, Tenn. - Brad Keselowski raced to his first Nationwide Series victory Saturday night, passing Clint Bowyer with six laps to go and easily holding off his closest rivals at Nashville Superspeedway.

Kyle Busch, racing in the second of three NASCAR races in a historic weekend triple, finished 20th, three laps down. A green flag pit stop with 52 laps to go bounced him from the top five to two laps down.

Keselowski, driving for Dale Earnhardt Jr., became the seventh first-time winner in 15 Nationwide races at Nashville Superspeedway. David Stremme rallied to finish second, followed by Zephyrhills' David Reutimann and Bowyer.

IRL: Scott Dixon regained the lead a lap before a crash between his closest competitors and crossed the finish line under caution to win the IndyCar Series Bombardier Learjet 550 at Texas Motor Speedway.

FORMULA ONE: Lewis Hamilton took the pole again for today's Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal - barely.

Seconds after the checkered flag waved to signify the end of the third and final round of qualifying at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, BMW Sauber's Robert Kubica appeared to grab his first Formula One pole, knocking Hamilton's Mercedes McLaren off the top of the speed chart with a lap of 1 minute, 18.498 seconds.

But Hamilton, who earned his first F1 pole and victory here a year ago, was still out on the 4.361-kilometer, 12-turn course, throwing his car through the corners and sliding dangerously several times. The result was a lap of 1:17.886 that gave the 23-year-old Englishman his second pole of the season and the eighth top qualifying spot of his career.

NHRA: Melanie Troxel became the first female driver to top Funny Car qualifying in NHRA history, covering a quarter-mile in 4.752 seconds at 327.27 mph in the Route 66 Nationals at Joliet, Ill.

LOCAL: Brian Finney won the FASCAR Sunbelt Series 125 at USA International Speedway in Lakeland to capture the first round of the annual Florida Triple Crown for Super Late Models. Finney was followed by Matt Bowers, Patrick Williams, former NASCAR driver Stanley Smith and Plant City's Jeff Scofield.
