TAMPA - Police arrested three people at a house in Old Seminole Heights on Wednesday after finding a book on growing marijuana at the house and 25 pounds of the drug, they said.
Devin Lewis, 22, Courtney Sheppard, 19, and Brett Vigil, 20, all were being held without bail at Orient Road Jail today, jail records show. Each is charged with felony marijuana trafficking, felony cultivation of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tampa police served a search warrant about 11:50 p.m. Wednesday at 6719 N. 11th St., where the three live, according to arrest affidavits. Inside the house, police found drug pipes and hookahs, growing lights for marijuana plants, a book on how to grow marijuana and the drug, the affidavits state.
