Police Say Man Had Sex With Girl, 14

TAMPA -- A Plant City man had sex with a 14-year-old girl and took inappropriate photos of her, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Hillsborough County detectives learned that the man, 23-year-old Garrett Paul Fisher, had sex at his home with the girl in April, a sheriff's office release states.
He took photos of her on his cell phone, and the girl posed nude for him, according to the release.
Deputies arrested him about 2 p.m. today. Fisher was charged with lewd or lascivious battery, sexual performance by a child [production] and sexual performance by a child [possession].
During a Belleair Police Department investigation, detectives confiscated the Fisher's cell phone and discovered photos of the girl in Hillsborough County, the release states.
Fisher, of 602 East Alexander St., Apt. 909, remained in Orient Road Jail today. His bail had not been set.
