2 Charged With Stealing Clothing

WESLEY CHAPEL - A nude dancer and her boyfriend were charged with retail theft Friday after they were spotted stealing clothing at a store on County Road 581, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office reported.

Nicole Rodriquez, 23, and Nicholas Nieto, 25, both of 10818 Villa Creek Court in Tampa, are accused of hiding $477.38 worth of shirts, underwear, shoes and ties in Rodriquez's purse and baby stroller, according to arrest reports.

Rodriquez, who listed her occupation as a nude dancer at Wild Gentleman's Club, remained at the Land O' Lakes Jail on Saturday with bail set at $5,000 on a charge of being the principal participant in a grand theft.

Nieto, who listed his occupation as a collections worker for Verizon, also remained at the jail on Saturday with bail set at $5,000 on a charge of being an accessory to a grand theft and $1,000 on a charge of violating probation for driving without a license in Pinellas County, records state.
