TAMPA - A Tampa man had his three children with him when he delivered crack cocaine Tuesday afternoon, police say.
Officers arrested 30-year-old Theodore Hall in the parking lot of a Hooters restaurant at Hillsborough and Lois avenues. Hall was charged with three counts of child neglect and one count each of possession of cocaine, delivery of cocaine and driving with a suspended license.
The children – ages 1, 3 and 4 – were released to their mother, and the Department of Children & Families was notified of the arrest, police say.
Hall remained in Orient Road Jail today. His bail was set at $34,000.
