3 Teens Charged In Fatal Shooting

TAMPA - Police have charged three people in the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man in November.

LaBronx Bailey, 18, of Riverview, and two 16-year-olds, Tra Evan Lineberger of Riverview and Esteban Vincent Rivera of Valrico, were already in custody when Tampa police on Wednesday filed felony first-degree murder charges against each of them.

All three are accused of killing Andre Coachman, of 3201 E. Caracas St., on Nov. 30 as part of an ongoing dispute, police said. Tips led to their arrest.

Investigators said Coachman was visiting a friend at 3220 E. Caracas St. about 8:30 that evening when he was killed. He was walking in front of the home when a pickup drove past and two people in the truck bed fired several shots at him, striking him in the head, police said.
