TAMPA - A 27-year-old man pulled over on a traffic stop had a suspended license — and an invalid prescription for the five Viagra pills police found in his car, according to an arrest affidavit.
John Jeremy Beckner of 201 W. Laurel St., Tampa, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of a drug without a prescription. Beckner also violated probation on charges of uttering a forged instrument and grand theft, jail records state.
Beckner was pulled over by Tampa police for going 40 mph in a residential area with a posted speed limit of 25 mph, the report said.
He is being held without bail at Orient Road Jail.
