TAMPA - An 18-year-old Plant City man's computer contained movies and images depicting children engaged in sexual activity, Hillsborough County deputies say.
The computer was seized by law enforcement agents on Valentine's Day, and an analysis showed it contained child pornography, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
Hillsborough deputies arrested Hector Rivera today at 2:58 p.m.
He was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.
Rivera, of 2606 W. Cleveland St., told investigators that he knew it was wrong that he downloaded pornographic images of children, according to the affidavit.
Rivera remained in Orient Road Jail today. His bail was set at $4,000.
