Plant City Hospital's Internet, Telephone Service Restored

PLANT CITY - Telephone and Internet service has been restored to South Florida Baptist Hospital after an accident that severed a fiber-optics line.

The line was repaired by midafternoon, hospital spokeswoman Shannon Mitchell said.

The fiber-optics line was cut about 11 a.m. by a crew doing work on the hospital campus at 301 N. Alexander St.
