Man Charged With Sexual Battery Of Girl, 12

A Thonotosassa man remains at Falkenburg Road Jail without bail on two counts of sexual battery, jail records show.
Hillsborough County deputies arrested Robert Lee Terwilliger, 24, on Thursday on suspicion of having sex with a 12-year-old girl between April 30 and Monday at his residence, according to an arrest report.
The victim told deputies that Terwilliger threatened to tie her up and rape her if she didn't submit, the report states.

What a sick POS!!! And i'm not saying that because its a man with a younger girl as some people think when we all think a 16 year old boy with an older woman is not just the woman's fault. It's because of the "AGE"!! She was 12!! Not 17!

Why would the article say he had sex with her??? He clearly raped her, even if it was via threat... This is horrible. I hope the child is okay.

I have to agree with Vato, I've seen this so many times, but usually the child distroys a teachers career because she got a bad grade. It happened in Tarpon Springs, and the girl admitted she lied, but they still wouldn't hire the teacher back.
I agree with protecting the identity of a rape victim, but if it turns out this girl is lying, her name should hit the papers.
