Bradenton Man Claims $16 Million Lotto Prize

BRADENTON - Charles Hill of Bradenton has claimed the $16 million Lotto Plus jackpot after buying a ticket at an east Manatee County convenience store.
Hill, 56, opted for the lump-sum payment of nearly $9.1 million, according to the Florida Lottery. Hill bought his $2 ticket at Bud's Mini Mart, 1000 Carlton Arms Blvd., Bradenton.
Store owner Jay Patel will receive $20,000 for selling the winning ticket. The winning numbers were 11, 15, 22, 23, 25 and 42.
