Davis Back In D-Back's Rotation

MIAMI - Arizona Diamondbacks left-hander Doug Davis, who has been recovering from thyroid cancer surgery, was activated Thursday and will return to the rotation for a weekend series against Atlanta.

Davis' cancerous thyroid gland was removed April 10. He was declared cancer-free this month.
