TAMPA - The person responsible for the weather for Memorial Day deserves a raise.
A front that sneaked through Saturday night and early this morning managed to flush the humidity from the air and lower temperatures a bit. Mostly, folks will feel the lower humidity.
The dry air behind the front will continue to move though today and erase the chance of rain from forecasts.
The National Weather Service says temperatures on Monday afternoon should peak in the high 80s. The low humidity will keep that temperature from feeling any warmer.
Add a light breeze and a few clouds and you've got pleasant weather for Memorial Day.
If it matters, the nice weather is expected to hang around through Wednesday.
