3 Adults, 1 Teen Charged With Attacking Pregnant Woman In Gibsonton

Deputies arrested three adults and a 14-year-old boy on Tuesday in a Gibsonton mobile home park after they assaulted a pregnant woman, according to arrest reports.
Sharon A. Jackson, 41, Iris N. Williams, 36, and Johnny D. Williams, 33, were charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant female and criminal mischief, records show. The Tribune is not publishing the name of the teenager because he was not charged as an adult.
Deputies said each suspect knew the victim was six to eight months pregnant before the attack, which followed an argument shortly after 10 p.m.
The victim and Jackson lived together as a couple until May 21, according to the report. Jackson is accused of pushing her former girlfriend out of the home at 11310 U.S. 41, Lot 6, and hitting her in the head with a baseball bat.
Iris Williams, who lives in Lot 19, is accused of knocking the window out of the home's front door, then pulling the woman through the doorway and causing her to fall. Deputies said she pulled the victim's hair and tried to rip the inside of the woman's lip with her hands.
Deputies said Johnny Williams, who lives at 11325 Ekker Road, punched the victim in the stomach more than twice and threw her cell phone into a creek.
The victim was left with bruises, bleeding insider her mouth and a large lump on the back of her head, which also was sore from her hair being yanked, the report said.
Jackson is being held at Orient Road Jail. No bail has been set.
Bail was set at $7,750 and $8,000, respectively, for Iris Williams and Johnny Williams.

Guess they were trying to make her lose the baby. Trash! Hope they stay locked up, as for the 14year old, great role models, if the adults aren't punished severely, the kid will probably be no good to society when he grows up because he will think this behavior is ok.

Sad part is they will just get a slap on the wrist. Bad guys now know that the jails are full so they can get a light sentence and laugh all the way home. IF we need to spend more tax dollars, do it on JAILS first. Time to make the sentence fit the crime.

Undercharged again. What is the problem withe LEO's /States Atty. that thay always seem to go with the minimum charge in these cases?Seems that hitting someone in the head with a baseball bat warrants att. murder, 4 people, how about tacking on mob action,how about assault with a deadly weapon, assault in general to go with the battery. 8000 bond,that is sick. The victims name is Mary Tadders, and she has the longest rap sheet of all of them. Not that this excuses them, but she is one mean looking dude, I meant gal. Yikes. Poor baby, doesn't stand a chance. Probably why the charges weren't more. The Williams are brother & sister.

All these people,even the 14 year old should go to jail, for about 5 to 10 years, with no chance of parole. If a teenage 14 year old child can commit a crime, you should publish his or her name and let everybody know the kind of animal they are dealing with.
