Police Shut Down Sarasota Escort Services

SARASOTA COUNTY - Authorities arrested a "madam" and two prostitutes, and shut down separate escort services in Sarasota County, according to court records.
Deputies said they busted Daisey's Escorts and Sweet Upscale Escorts during an undercover operation on Wednesday. Detectives called the service, arranged liaisons – for $300 and $200 – and charged the women who showed up with prostitution.
Deborah Lee Bingham, 42, was later charged with being a "madam," and authorities say Bingham took $100 off the top of each deal. Of the three women who were arrested, Bingham was the only one charged with a felony.
