St. Pete Police Seek Help Finding Missing Woman

ST. PETERSBURG — St. Petersburg police are asking the public's help in finding a missing 61-year-old schizophrenic.

Jean Ellen Anderson, who is also bipolar, was last seen Wednesday walking back and forth in front of the adult living facility at 8087 25th Ave. N., where she lives.

In addition to her mental illnesses, Anderson has glaucoma and is legally blind, though she can see well enough to walk.

Anderson is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds and has dark brown shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue pants.

Anyone who has seen her or has come in contact with her is asked to call the St. Petersburg Police Department communication center at (727) 893-7780.
